At Salt Dog Cycling our priority is to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please feel free to return your goods within 21 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund.
Salt Dog Cycling conforms to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for either a refund or exchange if they don't fit or if you've ordered the wrong item.
Salt Dog Cycling will offer a refund or exchange as long as the items has not been used in anyway and in its original packaging.
Please Note: Do not tape up, or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first. As a refund won’t be given if the packaging is damaged in this way.
Postage is non-refundable.
Goods returned after 21 days will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you at your cost.
To Return Your Purchase
Simply post your item with our returns form stating whether you would like a refund, exchange or have a warranty issue.

Please provide us with details of why you wish to return your purchase, as it will helps us to give the best service possible and review the products we stock.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (In original packaging and including all warranty cards, manuals and accessories).

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible but it normally takes a few days for it to go through the bank system.

All Items are covered under the standard product/manufactories warranty.
On receipt of your returned goods we will carry out a warranty inspection and contact you.
We will also keep you informed with how your warranty claim is being processed.
Proof of purchase will be required with all potential warranty claims.
