Lake CX146 Winter Road Cycling Boots
The best road winter cycling shoes for weather protection, comfort and warmth in the winter months.
Outsole: Lake Sport fiberglass-injected nylon. 3-hole Cleat pattern For road cycling.
Upper: The upper features softshell fabric, water-resistant microfiber, Thinsulate 200 g insulation, and a waterproof membrane, making this a highly water-resistant cycling shoe suitable for a wide range of conditions. Clarino microfiber offers great durability and the suppleness found in leather at a significant weight reduction.
Closure: Mid Power M4 Cartridge Tongue-mounted BOA dial excels in ice, dirt & other challenging environments & is designed to be easily adjusted with gloves on. The mid-capacity dial combines durability & closure strength to withstand intense force & impact, without sacrificing fit. When combined with the Click-Fit quick release, the system makes entry and exit easier.
Lake CX146 Fitting Information
These come up narrower than other shoes in the Lake range, as they are made on Lake’s Sports Last (Mould). With extra materials for winter, insulation, and a waterproof membrane, this expands when taken off the mould and makes them size narrower and smaller, which is why we recommend going up a size.

If you normally wear a standard fit Lake CX/MX237, 238, 239, CX/MX 241, 242, or MX/CX21 (Made on Lake's Competition Shoe Last), we would recommend the Wide Fit Version or the Lake MXZ21 Winter Boots.
We recommend going up a size from your usual size in the Lake Winter Boots.

Guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects, workmanship and defective materials. Documentation showing purchase date is required. All Warranty claims are subject to approval by Lake or an authorized agent.

Guaranteed for the usable life of the shoes meaning that the new products are free from defects in material and workmanship affecting form fit and function except with respect to refurbished products. However this guarantee does not apply to those products that have been misused or hardware that has been improperly installed. All warranty claims are subject to approval by Lake or an authorized agent.
Boa Technology Warranty Information
Boa provides replaceable parts at no charge for the life of the product in which they are integrated.
